We have provided training and documentation regarding safety program content
DRC will be responsible to report all the safety incidents and turn in monthly hours for switching, spotting and loading operations
We will be providing 24X7 customer service and live dispatch
DRC services will highly appreciate the feedback based on their switchers and loaders behaviour on-site and will follow up with the switchers or loaders to correct unsafe behaviour
